Over 20 years ago, premium dark chocolate ice cream was not available in Singapore. That’s when we sprang into action to make the darkest most luscious natural chocolate ice cream we could, and hēi was born. Hei means dark in Chinese, an homage to our Asian roots and because ice cream was invented in China. In the World of Chocolate Possibilities, there’s more of our 100% premium dark cocoa and melted chocolate in hēi than any ice cream dares to hold. With so little air, you get all the ingredients to the max.
